Welcome to my professional school counseling website! My name is Lauren Cole, and I am a graduate student in the School Counseling Program at Lamar University. This website provides information about school counseling services, my counseling philosophy, and resources designed to support students, parents, and educators.
I believe every student deserves the opportunity to feel supported, valued, and successful. School counseling plays an important role in supporting students' academic, career, and social/emotional development. My goal as a future school counselor is to help students recognize their strengths, develop important life skills, and feel confident in reaching their goals.
